Going Live Checklist

To proceed with going live on the platform, please ensure the following steps are completed:

1. Sign Up on the ONDC Portal

A signup on the ONDC portal is mandatory using your registered ARN details, as all transactions are routed via ONDC.

To begin: Contact onboarding@cybrilla.com to schedule a call for assistance with the signup process.

What to prepare before the call:

• Business details (ARN, contact info, etc.)
  Fill out this form in advance.
• Aadhaar eSign availability Aadhaar-based eSign is part of the signup process. Please ensure the authorized signatory is available during the call.
• Disclosure document Prepare the required disclosure in advance.
  Contact onboarding@cybrilla.com to get a sample/template.

2. Review & Approve the POA Agreement

Download and review the Cybrilla POA Agreement here. Once reviewed:

• Notify onboarding@cybrilla.com of your approval.
• The team will share an eSign link to complete the legal signing process.

3. Schedule Product Demo Review

Set up a product readiness demo call by reaching out to onboarding@cybrilla.com. This step ensures your product setup meets all technical and complaince requirements before going live.

4. Receive Production Credentials

After completing all the above steps, the Cybrilla Onboarding Team will share your production credentials.
